P2P defendant: RIAA identified an IP address, not a person
The RIAA is in the news a lot lately, It’s more surprisng that it’s taken years for people to start fighting or the court system to professionaly handle the incredible ignorance of computer technology, or solid evidence agsinst the individual, or using the court system to perform their investigations.
As the next generation of people, who have grown up with ethernet and wireless networking, become part of the court system it should improve.
